BREWERY

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS?


We do not take reservations, but instead, hold a waitlist. You must be present at the pub to put your name on the waitlist. We will then collect your phone number and give you a call when we have a table ready for you. While you wait for a table, you are more than welcome to grab a beer and relax by the firepit on our patio.



ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?


We do not allow animals on the premises for health code reasons and because we are not your traditional table service restaurant. We do offer a seasonal dog patio for our furry friends.


Exception: If you are required to have a service dog for whatever reason, you are more than welcome to bring in your support animal.



DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?


We do! You can pick one up at the pub or have one mailed to you. To have a gift card mailed to you, make a call into the pub during business hours and we can take your card information, and send it out to the address you wish.

DO YOU HAVE LIVE MUSIC?


We do! Live music is at the pub April through September from 4:00PM to 6:00PM every Sunday. A variation of bands, and styles, music here has always been a hit!

DO YOU SERVE FOOD AT THE PUB?


We most certainly do! We serve up some delicious dishes here at Mad Chef. Take a look at our 'Menu' page, or sneak a peek at our 'Gallery' page, and get an idea of what you're missing out on.

FOOD

DO YOU HAVE NUTS IN ANY FOOD ITEMS?


We are a nut free facility. Our fries are cooked in canola oil and none of our food items contain nut products. If you are concerned about cross-contamination from products being packaged in the same facility as some of our items, please ask a staff member for more information.


FOOD ALLERGIES?


Though we do offer allergy aware dishes, we want to remind patrons that we source our food from outside companies that are at liberty to have other items be handled in warehouse that hav

e nuts, dairy, or animal products.

We do offer gluten free options. They are the following:

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE ORDERING?


At this time, we do not offer online ordering. If you can't make it into the pub right away or are in a rush, you are more than welcome to call in a food order.


If you would like an order made for a specific hour, we can surely do that as well.



HOW DO I ORDER FOOD & DRINKS?


We follow a pub style ordering system, which means you make both your food and drink order at the bar. You will also collect your beverages at the register. Your food will then be delivered to your table when ready.


Be sure to remember your table number when at the register so that we can deliver your food hot and ready!

BEER

DO YOU DISTRIBUTE?


At this point in time, we do not distribute. You can pick up our beers in crowlers from our homebase in East Petersburg or at Cabalar Meat Co. on Queens Street in Lancaster City.


You are more than welcome to bring in your own crowler or growler for a fill up as well.



DO YOU CARRY ANY OTHER BEERS?


We will sometimes have guest taps from other local breweries. Keep an eye out on our 'Craft Beer' tab to see what we have on tap! We will also feature ciders from Levengoods and Lancaster County Cider when available.



DO YOU HAVE ANY GLUTEN FREE BEERS?


We do not typically brew any beers that are gluten free, though we do have gluten free beverage options.

DO YOU HAVE LACTOSE FREE BEER?


We do have lactose free beers available. If you scoot on over to our 'Craft Beers' page, you can check out descriptions of each beer with details on lactose, ABV and other information.



WHAT DO YOU HAVE ON TAP?


If you hop on over to our 'Craft Beers' tab, you can take a look at what we have on tap. Here you will find the name, style and ABV of beers we are currently serving.



DO YOU OFFER TO-GO BEER?


We provide crowlers to-go, because more beer is better! Our crowlers hold 32 oz. of beer, or about three pints. We no longer offer growlers, but we are happy to fill up any crowler or growler you bring to the pub.


We do not offer four packs or six packs at this time.



DO YOU SERVE YOUR BEER ANYWHERE ELSE?


We most certainly do! You can grab a brew with your meal or take a crowler home with you from Cabalar Meat Co. at 325 North Queen Street in downtown Lancaster.
