You can now find us at our pop-up Taproom on Queen St. at Chellas. Chellas Arepa Kitchen is home to a vibrant selection of South American-inspired comfort cuisine. Their offerings are both unique and authentically true to flavorful Latin dishes. We are happy to be partnering with such a vivacious and passionate business.

Offering catering, online ordering, in-house seated dining and brews by yours truly, you can't go wrong with an arepa and a fresh Mad Chef beer.

Catch our flagship favorites, collab brews and cider on tap! Offering gluten reduced brews such as 'Pizza Party' & 'Johnnie Doe,' we've got a little something for everyone. Not to mention, our specialty cocktails, wine selection and spiked seltzers from Stateside always do the trick!

This time around, we crushed our super clean hard seltzer base with tart cranberry, bright cara cara orange and sweet luscious brown sugar.

Chai Me up

spiced/herbed beer 6%

Brewed to be sipped with your significant other, this honey nut brown base features flavors of a chocolate and a chai spiced latte. Not overpowering but elegant like a romantic dance in a dimly lit room. Low bitterness and faintly sweet to compliment the sweeter parts in your life. Happy Valentine's Day!

This Riesling is finished in an semi-dry style, one that is familiar to most people who have had German wines. This wine has bright fruit aromatics and a smooth and fruitful mid-palate while finishing very clean.
