Named for the 18 pounds of Falconer's Flight hops from boil to dry hop, this is a big brew with malty flavors, with a hoppy flare. A West Coast you can crush without the extreme bitterness.

Always on by popular demand is Juice Caboose! This one is packed with all the goods, Mosaic and Amarillo hops give off ripened fruit flavors to go with Tangerine and Guava Puree. Get outside and soak up some sun with a Juice Caboose in your hand.

KOLSCH 5%
A margarita style “beer-ita” Kolsch, this crisp, clean and cold fermented ale is aged on a heap of tequila-soaked oak chips to impart a true tequila nose and flavor. The key lime juice and puree give the perfect juicy sweet lime presence to balance this beauty out. Served with a salted lime to provide the complete margarita experience.

Our World Beer Cup, Silver award winning American Brown Ale. Brewed with caramel and chocolate malts, this mildly hopped ale has just the right bitterness to compliment the roastiness of the style.
M.C. MARGARITA SELTZER
HARD Seltzer 6.5%
This time around we crushed our hard seltzer with loads of juicy and zesty strawberry, sweet and luscious pomegranate and bright lime puree and juice. The goal was to make a fun margarita inspired seltzer, without overwhelming sweetness and all the pleasure of reduced gluten! A touch of pink Himalayan salt rounds the experience out and provides a balance to the seltzer.
RETRO SESSION
SESSION IPA 4.7%
Back again with a more modern hopping regiment but still satisfying your old school session IPA needs. Loads of kettle hopping including Columbus, Krush and Cashmere hops are finished off with a healthy but humble Krush and Strata dry hop. We get lots of pine and grapefruit but do appreciate the modern tropical twist the modern hops provide.

This deep green-blue lagoon colored, tart and terrific Blue-Raspberry Lemonade sour says hello to summer with its zippy lemon nose and blue raspberry candy vibes. Perfect sweet and juicy summer lemonade aromas mix with memories of puckering sour candy.
